Centric is amazing. I recommend Centric rehab to anyone. You cannot Go wrong. When I first started with centric, I was using a walker could not walk on my own, could not get in or out of the bed by myself. I did not have any strength, but I do now. The staff is amazing. They are so kind and make the work out a lot of fun The Centric staff is like a family to me. Today they signed me off because I am able to do everything by myself. They saved my life and I want to sincerely thank them..

Truly grateful to have found such an amazing team of therapists for the recovery of my shredded rotor cuff. Doug and the Centric Physical Therapy team deserve a 10 star rating. Everyone helps each other here. Their professionalism and knowledge of my injury and the techniques they provide for my therapy, Is outstanding. Excellent experience. The team was friendly and welcoming. I am very impressed with the thorough evaluation completed by Bobby Boyd. His passion for his job is evident and his knowledge on vertigo is extensive. He can break down complex systems to explain what is going on in a way we can understand (even if the room is spinning). He is friendly, has excellent “bedside manner” and really listens to his patients. Highly recommended. Exceptional care. Thank you!

Love these folks. Bobby has helped get rid of my dizzy spells. Yeah! Doug has brought me through shoulder surgery rehabilitation (a tough one) with compassion, professionalism, encouragement. ALL the staff is professional, courteous and sympathetic to your needs. Always felt welcome and well cared for. Thanks to you I'm able to do life without pain. Thank you!!

I cant say enough good things about this facility. Every single one of the staff from the receptionist to all of the therapists and assistants are knowledgeable, caring, professional, friendly, attentive...and so much more. I feel like I am getting the best of care by a great group of people. Thank you Centric!

Centric is awesome! And Doug is the most awesome! I've known Doug for more than 5 years. He's treating my foot drop following a botched back surgery. It's because of Doug that I happened upon the turbo-med afo. And because of Doug I'm now able to walk 2 miles on the beach most days. He's got a great sense of humor and actually makes my trips to PT sort of fun. I'm also being treated there by Bobby for vertigo. Both therapists are professional, compassionate and very knowledgeable. I have the utmost trust in them and Centric Physical Therapy.

Centric is a great place for therapy with Bobby. Bobby is amazing and will get you where you need to be with your therapy. Allison and Rachel are the best in the office. I have been in therapy for year and when I had to start seeing Doug . I got a lot of verbal abuse from him. Nothing was ever positive always negative. If looks and the tone of his voice could have killed I would have been dead right there. I can count on my hand how many times he worked with me if that’s what you want to call it. You hear positive from the PA and Negative from the PT. So there’s a issue right there. A communication problem. I made excellent progress in three months than what I had in a year and half when I changed to a new therapy place.You have to be a people person and care about your patients and Doug is definitely not. He has anger issues that need to be addressed.. Hats off to Bobby and Allison they are the best.

Following my lower back surgery, I inquired about PT since this facility was so close to home. Allison has been amazing in handling my payment plan. The other ladies in the office are delightful and efficient. I have enjoyed and meeting each of the therapists and assistants. Doug is my physical therapist and I have thoroughly appreciated his expertise. He has been more thorough with explanations than my neurosurgeon and orthopedist. I like knowing what is going on with my body. I feel well respected and cared for at Centric. I also feel I am receiving top quality therapy.
